Jenna has been a yoga practitioner for over 13 years with her first introduction to Ocala Power Yoga while in high school. She became a certified instructor under study of Kurt Johnsen at American Power Yoga in Dallas, Texas in July 2012.
Since then, she has explored many different realms of yoga and Eastern healing modalities such as Tai Chi, Reiki, and martial arts. These practices are woven through her sequencing, providing something new to the modern American vinyasa style. She has also received continuing education in yin yoga. Restorative classes available.
Jenna believes balance is key in sustaining a safe, functional yoga practice. Through class, she provides modifications and evolutions of poses to offer something new to everyone.
She is also a Certified Personal Trainer with specialization in Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
